Very good Pizza. Moved here In Vegas for good and this will be once a week thing now. Great atmosphere as well
We ordered mixed meat lover and veggies.  Perfectly made and perfect taste.
Was crowded but its Vegas and you will have to wait.
Will be there next week again with work group.

Came here for a quick lunch.  We were starving and figured we couldn't go wrong with pizza.  I've been to Grimaldi's in Hoboken numerous times and knew the food was good.

We ordered a small a Ceasar salad which was good.  Typical ceaser and we enjoyed it.  The small was more than enough for 2 people.  Then we ordered the margarita and Brooklyn bridge pizza.  The pizza was good but not as good as Hoboken.  The crust is thinner and less dough as the Hoboken location.

The food was good but since it wasn't as consistent or as good as the Hoboken location I gave it a 3.

    Gluten Free review:
This is your quintessential pizzeria.  Red and White checkered tablecloths and bistro style seating.   Can you safely eat here gluten free?  Yes, probably.  They offer a gluten free crust, with the disclaimer about possible cross contamination.  How could they not: it's a pizzeria and the flour is everywhere.  I ordered the white pizza on the gf crust, with tomatoes and mushrooms.  It's was excellent.  After it cold, it wasn't as great, but it's a lot better than some gf pizzas I've had. GF crusts are only available 12 inch.  Which was fine.  Haha I ate all but one slice by myself.
My husband got a regular crust which was crispy and chewy at the same time-lots if bubbles and char.  He loved it.

For drinks I got the summer sangria.  Super yummy.

Service : other parties experienced a delay in getting served or even welcomed.  The problem could have been their particular server, or perhaps the manager, who was busily not helping out at all.  Not sure the story there but I would start there to address any problems.  Our waitress was attentive and pleasant.  All you could ask for.   Others didn't fare as luckily.

Decent pizzas. Good price. Great service. I used to live in NYC and loved grimaldis there. This one is not close. Sauce does not taste as good as NY, maybe its the water.

update: this review is for service only.
We walked in at 9 pm with a drink. We were staying at Palazzo.
Walking with a drink to Grimaldis is a mistake and the hostess made sure to tell us that. She didnt acknowledge us as we entered but made sure to take our drink and put in "on the side", she also said we are not Palazzo and a third party so we dont enforce Palazzo's rules here. Ok for a customer let me tell you this, your restaurant is "INSIDE" palazzo, so put a sign outside saying you are not Palazzo. But we overlooked that and then the bartender came to take our order, he was a total and a complete ahole to us. Very rude and does not belong in the servie industry. We walked out. Sorry but we are really not sorry.

Located in the second level of the Palazzo, this franchise did not live up to the hype for me personally, but I may have chosen the wrong dishes? We were seated promptly on a Friday night and our server was friendly.

This might be one of the few places where I think the salad was much better than the pizza. To start, my group tried both the Spinach Salad and Caesar Salad and liked both equally. The portions for the salads were generous for the price. There was a rouge hair we found in the Spinach Salad that the waitress replaced quickly, however.

For pizza, we opted for the 16" Traditional White Sauce which ultimately was not memorable. Although the pizza was hot, it did not taste fresh. We requested tomatoes and sausage as toppings which were fine. The 16" overall fed my party of three but none of us really wanted to head back afterward. If you do end up coming, maybe load up on a bunch of toppings (which incur an extra charge per topping).
